Susli Jayne Dragon-Barnett was born April 8th, 2022 to Kali Dragon and Alan "AJ" Barnett. She has always been a very happy baby.

 

In September of 2022, she started having seizures. Her first seizure was where she started shaking. She was taken to our local hospital and then we started seeing a neurologist at Texas Children's Hospital in Houston where she was diagnosed with Epilepsy after multiple tests and EEGs. The Epilepsy is considered inherited from dad due to a long family history. After her little brother was born, we made a switch to The Children's hospital in San Antonio and have been working closely with the neurologist team and genetic team to try to find answers. We have received so much support and information from the amazing staff and are navigating through this journey one day at a time.
